During lockdowns Liv's Creations will NOT be doing any personal home deliveries.
NO Refill Service
All orders will be shipped via Auspost, or contact free CLICK & COLLECT is from Monash, ACT. Once click & collect orders are ready you will be contacted via email with the collection details.
Please expect delays within the postal services as everyone still struggles through this hard time.
COVID-19 CLICK & COLLECT POLICY
Click and collect orders will be notified via email when the order is ready for collection, and to make a pre arranged time to collect.
All orders will be placed outside the front door on the garden bench and clearly marked with your name.
Please scan the COVID-19 CHECK IN QR Code provided.
Please make sure you have your mask on BUT also SMILE because you're on CAMERA.
HOW IT WORKS
All products on the website (excluding custom orders) are in stock and ready to ship
There is a "Custom Orders" section, this is where you can order either my discontinued scents, your old time favourite, or any of the scents that are out of stock (please allow production time). You will receive confirmation and follow up emails. Orders are handmade when ordered, so please give us up to 14 business days for production and allowing your soy product to "set and cure
We will contact you to advise production time and when your order will be shipped
I also do a REFILL service on Jars in the Canberra Region, these can be ordered in the customer order section. Jars are to be clean(to avoid an extra charge) this can be done so with hot soapy water and also undamaged. Jars can be dropped off in Monash (please message for address) or one of the Markets I attend.
T & C's
Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose
between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty.
Please keep in mind most of our products are handmade and therefore irregularities are to be expected in colour variations
etc between batches. Our aim is to please, we are a small company and consider customer satisfaction to be our
highest priority. If you have a problem with anything you have ordered let us know via email within 72 hours
of receiving your parcel and we will be only too happy to help.
All orders will be dispatched within 14 business days. As a small business, this allows the time to custom
pour any pieces, carefully package and send out all orders. If there are any unexpected delays we will advise you and
keep you updated with the status of your order.
Delivery and Collection
All orders are shipped via Australia Post with tracking. Once your order
has been shipped, you will be sent your tracking number via email.
Collection must be made within 7 days of notification of order ready.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received
your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your
refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
A re stocking fee will be charged were applicable of 20% of the total order
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you feel an exchange is required please send us an email at
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are
non-refundable. If you receive a replacement, the cost of return shipping will be covered by us. Please use tracked
postage for any items you are returning and allow a reasonable amount of time for the item
to be received, processed and a refund issued/replacement product sent.
Liv's Creations realises that the protection of your personal information is important. Liv's Creations will comply with
all of its legal obligations in relation to the handling of your personal information, including any applicable obligations
under the Privacy Act (1988) (Cth).
Access and Communication
Subject to the consumer guarantees provided for in the Australian Consumer Law being Schedule 2 to the Competition
and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) (ACL), Liv's Creations does not promise that you will have continuous access to the website.
Liv's Creations will not be liable if the website is unavailable to you due to computer downtime attributable to
malfunctions, upgrades, preventative or remedial maintenance activities, interruption in telecommunications supply or
otherwise. Liv's Creations does not guarantee the delivery or security of communications over the internet as such
communications rely on third party service providers, and electronic communication (including electronic mail)
is vulnerable to interception by third parties. Whilst Liv's Creations takes reasonable precautions to protect
information transmitted via the website, Liv's Creations cannot and does not guarantee the security or
confidentiality of these communications or the security of the website. Liv's Creations does not provide, and has
no control over, communications, networks or services, the internet or other technology required or used across the website
and accepts no responsibility for any direct or indirect loss in any form associated with them, whether due to congestion,
